Brigadier (Retd) Inderjit Singh was commissioned in the Indian Army in June 1968. He graduated from Defence Services Staff College Wellington and Army War College Mhow and was accordingly awarded the degrees of MSc Defence Studies Madras University and MPhil in Defence and Management from Indore University. He was the Chairman of Army Public School and was awarded the Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award in the field of education.
He has the expertise in the field of ‘Leadership challenges for the developed and the developing Countries’.

Having been a quality controlled DGQA, he has a critical eye to vett the organizations for performance enhancement

Maj. General RS Batra was commissioned in the Indian Army In June 66. As an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer he further went onto to do specialization in Defence Studies (Post Graduate Level) from Madras University and MPhil in Defence and Management from Indore University. He has the distinction of being an Instructor at Nigerian Army School, Auchi, Defence Services Staff College Wellington and Army War College Mhow. He commanded a technical work force of 11,000 Personnel and was a chosen one to perform HR Fuctions (Right man for the Right Job) as Deputy Military Secretary at Army Headquarters New Delhi. In Indo-Pak Crisis of 2001-2002, he was singularly responsible for mobilising half a million troops in the Western Theatre over a short span of five days. As  an equipment specialist and a great inventory manager . he was awarded AVSM,VSM (Distinguished Awards) by president of India. A widely travelled officer he has the virtues of imparting leadership and management functions to the Corporate world.
